Why This Initiative?
Shortflicks Screen & Speak is designed to popularize Shortflicks Entertainment and create a dedicated platform where filmmakers can showcase their short films on the big screen.
Organised in collaboration with the International Kolkata Short Film Festival (IKSFF) and in association with Eventizer, this initiative bridges the gap between short filmmakers and theatrical audiences.
While most short films remain limited to festivals or YouTube, audiences today are increasingly drawn to impactful short-format storytelling. This platform offers big-screen screening, filmmaker interaction, and media exposure — giving short films the recognition they deserve.
Screen & Speak Edition - 1
GRAND SUCCESS
ShortFlicks Screen & Speak | Edition 1 was the inaugural edition of a unique cinematic gathering by ShortFlicks Entertainment, bringing together filmmakers, artists, and cinema lovers for an evening of film screenings, engaging conversations, and creative networking. The event successfully created a platform where independent storytellers could showcase their work, share their creative journey, and connect with audiences, setting the stage for an even bigger and more exciting Edition 2.
